1.Equipped with LINUX software control system, and the freeze-drying process is automatically controlled by programmable controller, which can be switched to manual operation in real time to realize the whole parameter control of the freeze-drying process. In the operation process, the system automatically monitors, detects and records the data. Record process ≥ 100, with each process ≥ 36, with 3 levels limited management. Multiple fixed or customized programs can be recorded, and monitoring, testing and maintenance can be reached through the standard remote system with record trace function.
2.Continuously record real-time data, drawing freeze-dried graphs, store data each of one minute (adjustable). The unit is equipped with USB port for data download and edition.

7.Material shelf with program gradient electric heating function, special aviation heating film, using PLD control, built-in overheating protection, safe and reliable.
8.The external cold trap improves the water catching capacity of the equipment, reduces the interference of the cold trap temperature on the material during the freeze-drying process, ensures the consistency of the material freeze-drying quality and the stability of the experimental data, improves the freeze-drying efficiency and reduces the energy loss.
9.Adopt imported compressor single machine mixed refrigeration technology, international standard green refrigerant, rapid refrigeration, low cold trap temperature, strong water capture capacity.
