Features

1.Equipped with Android software control system, and the freeze-drying process is automatically controlled by programmable controller (optional), which can be switched to manual operation in real time to realize the whole parameter control of the freeze-drying process. In the operation process, the system automatically monitors, detects and records the data. Multiple fixed or customized programs can be recorded, and monitoring, testing and maintenance can be reached through the standard remote system.

2.Continuously record real-time data, drawing freeze-dried graphs, store data each of one minute (adjustable). The unit is equipped with USB port for data download and edition.

4.The system is equipped with a variety of sensors, displays the real-time record of vacuum level, cold trap temperature, material temperature, shelf temperature. A active protection system will automatically turned on while the unit receiving the abnormal temperature and pressure from the unit, which the abnormal information is caused by operation error alarm. Visual alarm (indicator light alarm) is optional.

5.At the end of the automatic operation of freeze-drying or in the process of vacuum pressure loss, the equipment alarm and automatic operation to protect the material. When the cold trap temperature is higher than -40℃, the vacuum pump cannot be opened to prevent water vapor from affecting the normal operation of the vacuum pump. The equipment is equipped with the function of vacuum pump maintenance massage sending.

6.The cold trap cavity and material tray are sanitary stainless steel materials. There is no coil in the cold trap, which is clean and corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It has the function of material pre-freezing.

7.High pressure and low temperature resistant aviation plexiglass materials are used in the cold trap drying chamber, the whole process of freeze-drying is observable.

8.The compressor is single machine with mixed refrigeration technology, so it has multiple protection such as high oil pressure, overheating temperature, delayed start (interval time is not less than 2 minutes) for compressor. International standard green level refrigerant for rapid refrigeration, cold trap with low temperature and strong water catching capacity.

9.Equipped with auto-defrosting function.

7.Optional automatic pressure and aeration system: reduce the secondary pollution of the sample, can be quantitative (optional) backfill nitrogen or inert gas, after the end of freeze-drying, the vacuum pump stops, and the pressure and aeration automatically start, the vacuum system and the pressure and aeration backfill system interlock to prevent the vacuum pump oil backflow into the cold trap and drying chamber to pollute the freeze-dried materials.
